England star Jack Grealish''s relationship with girlfriend and childhood sweetheart Sasha Attwood
England footballer Jack Grealish has been one of the stars of the England Euro 2020 squad on their journey to the semi-final tomorrow where they're due to take on Denmark. But who is the special woman in Jack's life?
Twenty-five-year-old Aston Villa footballer Jack is in a long-term on and off relationship with model Sasha Attwood, also twenty-five, who he has reportedly known since childhood. Both have never been overly public about their relationship and have always kept it away from the eyes of the media. They briefly broke up, but rekindled their romance and reunited before the beginning of the Euros.
Sasha was hunted by a modeling agency at the age of 13 while shopping in her hometown of Birmingham and currently, she is presented by Industry Model Management.She recently revealed on her Instagram that she will be working with House of Fraser.
Her Instagram account name is @sasha_rebecca and she currently has 11.3k followers. She has a passion for beauty and fashion, and regularly posts make-up tutorials on her account, as well as outfit photos.
Jack and Sasha met in high school, both attending St Peter’s Roman Catholic School in Solihull in the West Midlands in the UK.
The pair keep their relationship pretty private, but they have been dating since they were teens.She has been supporting her childhood sweetheart throughout the Euros and was even spotted wearing an England shirt that said “Grealish” on the back.
Friends of the couple have previously said that Jack and Sasha have been through a rocky patch but are on track again now and that Jack is keen to keep her out of the limelight.
They have described her as his "secret weapon".
Jack was born in Birmingham with Irish heritage coming from his mother's side. He is proud of his Irish roots and at one time it looked as though he would play football internationally with the Republic of Ireland. For several years it looked like he may never get the chance to represent England, but only last year he was finally handed his senior debut by Gareth Southgate. Many Irish fans were upset as they felt he had abandoned his heritage and switched international allegiance.
Asked if he felt turning down a senior Republic of Ireland call-up now felt worthwhile, Grealish said that he hasn't looked back since his change to England and that he feels English.
